1.0 The Identity of the Data Controller
1.1 Oxonbox is the sole data controller. All decisions regarding your data and the control of such are carried out directly by Oxonbox.
2.0 The Control you have over your Data
2.1 You (the consumer) have the right at any time to request that Oxonbox deletes your personal data. Ultimately you are in complete control.
2.2 Oxonbox may require the use of your data in order to perform the service/subscription detailed on the website. Whilst it is your (the consumer’s) choice to give Oxonbox permission to use your data (strictly for the purpose detailed on the website), please be aware that the service/subscription you are entering requires the use of certain information. Should you request that your data is deleted, then it may not be possible to continue with the service/subscription that you have signed up for.

4.0 How are we using the Information we gather?
4.1 We require information to understand your needs in order to fulfil the service/subscription that you have entered into.
4.2 This includes:
4.2.1 Your personal details and shipping address. This is used to verify who you are, and so that we know where to send your items!
4.2.2 Your email address. This is used to send out dispatch dates, subscription renewal information, details of promotional benefits to you (the consumer), payment details/issues; and any other directly related administrative functions. This will include direct marketing research to maintain and improve Oxonbox. Completing any questionnaire is entirely optional.
5.0 How long will we keep your Data?
5.1 Your data will be kept (as a minimum) during the length of your subscription, as this is fundamental in you receiving the service that you require.
5.2 Upon terminating your subscription, all elements of your personal data (except for your email address) will become redundant. All data will be kept indefinitely to enable you (the consumer) to reactivate your account at a later date if you choose.

5.4 Upon terminating your subscription, your email address will remain in use by Oxonbox ONLY for the purpose of legitimate business reasons, to keep you (the consumer) informed of any great offers or benefits that might make you want to reactivate your subscription.

6.0 Who we share your Data with
6.1 Oxonbox has not, and never will share your data with any other third party. Any data held by Oxonbox is solely used by Oxonbox for the purpose of fulfilling your order/subscription.

7.1 As Oxonbox doesn’t share your data with anyone, and as we only ship to UK territories, we certainly do not share your data outside of the EEC.
